Owner and Certified Professional Inspector
Maurice Quick, a lifelong North Carolina resident, is a licensed professional home inspector with a wealth of experience and a dedication to serving his community. As the owner of MAQ Logistics, LLC, and a proud father of three daughters, Maurice understands the importance of hard work, responsibility, and exceptional customer service.
His diverse background – as a former truck driver, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a successful entrepreneur – has instilled in him a strong work ethic, an unwavering attention to detail, and a commitment to serving clients with integrity. Maurice’s wife, a skilled mechanical engineer, is his business partner, providing invaluable support and expertise.
Maurice entered the home inspection business driven by a desire for entrepreneurship, a passion for helping people, and a deep curiosity to uncover the unique story of each home. He believes in providing thorough and reliable inspections to empower clients to make informed decisions about their real estate investments.

Though not involved in day-to-day operations, Ayanna is deeply invested in supporting clients and helping them feel confident throughout their home-buying journey.
Ayanna also brings her expertise to the forefront through educational initiatives. She hosts webinars for first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the inspection process and explaining its critical role in purchasing a home. For our realtor partners, Ayanna prepares and delivers in-office presentations, providing the information and tools they need to support their clients effectively.
